Shipping & Returns

 HASSLE-FREE RETURNS 

Need to return an item? No problem! We understand sometimes things don’t work out.  

  • Items should be returned the way they were delivered

  • The product must be unused and in the original sealed packaging with all parts and accessories

  • The return period is 30 days from delivery date

  • For orders under 15lbs, you are responsible for a $12 shipping charge per box/label if using a Knacksmith pre-paid return label

  • For orders over 15lbs, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee plus a $25 return shipping fee per box/label if using a Knacksmith pre-paid return label

  • Freight and heavy items (ex. espresso machines, etc) have a 20% restocking fee and a $250 flat fee per pallet to cover return freight shipping.

  • Special order and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable 

RETURNING ORDERS 

Want to return an item? Have your order number ready and follow our simple step-by-step instructions: 

  1. Email us at contact@knacksmith.com to let us know the reason. No hard feelings!

  2. Choose your preferred shipping method:

    1. Pre-paid Label: We'll provide a prepaid shipping label and RMA. Please note, a $12 shipping charge (per label) will be deducted from your refund. Freight returns are charged a 10% restocking fee and a $350 flat freight fee.

    2. Choose your own carrier: We'll provide you with an RMA number and return address and you can ship with the service of your choosing.

  3. Send your return back! We’ll credit your original payment method when the item returns. 

If choosing your own return shipping carrier, we recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Policy 

EXPEDITED & STANDARD SHIPPING 

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout

  • Orders placed by 12pm EST will usually ship same day

  • Delivery to post office boxes is not currently available

  • Saturday delivery is not available at this time 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* 

  • We currently offer shipping to select regions

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout

  • Orders will ship via UPS

  • Orders usually ship within 1-10 business days unless otherwise noted

  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time 

*PLEASE NOTE: International shipping is available for select products only, not all products qualify. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Receiving customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes. We cannot adjust customs values. 

Upon inspection, if any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing: 

  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ex. "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on the espresso machine", etc).

  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt (ex. take a photo with your phone)

  • Contact us within 1 business day

  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection

  • Take photos of the damaged items and all packaging 

SHIPPING NOTES 

  • Packages do not ship on all major U.S. holidays

  • We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order

  • Estimated shipping and arrival dates are not guaranteed

  • Weather delays, backorders, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact lead times

  • All major shipping carriers have suspended their service guarantee

    • As such, if your expedited order arrives late, we cannot refund you the cost of shipping 

SHIPPING DAMAGE 

Please contact Customer Service regarding a damaged shipment within 5 days of arrival.
